For first consultations, we recommend patients to come to the clinic to see our doctors face-to-face. This allows our doctors to make a better assessment of your condition. We understand sometimes this may not be possible (for example, if you have mobility issues or are based overseas). In such cases, teleconsultation can be arranged. Please contact the clinic first before making a booking or payment, as our doctors need to assess if your condition is suitable for teleconsultation.

For our existing patients, please contact the clinic if you wish to consult our doctors virtually. Our doctors will decide if your condition is suitable for teleconsultation.

Please contact the clinic using either on our website, or via email or WhatsApp and indicate you wish to see our doctors virtually. Our staff will advise you if your condition is suitable for teleconsultation. You may be asked to send us photographs if you agree.

If your condition is suitable for teleconsultation, we will send you a registration form (for first-time patients) to complete and send back to us. You may let us know your preferred day and time for the teleconsultation. You can then purchase and pay for a teleconsultation service on our website. Once payment is confirmed, we will send you a link for the teleconsultation session.
