Tham Siew Nee Skin Clinic was founded in 1996 by Dr Tham Siew Nee, who was then deputy Medical Director of the National Skin Centre, to provide accessible and high quality dermatological care to patients with skin problems. She was joined by Senior Consultant Dermatologist Dr Koh Hong Yi in 2020, and the clinic was rebranded TSN Dermatology Skin Specialist Clinic in 2022. What remains unchanged over the years is our commitment to deliver good quality, modern and affordable medical dermatologic care with a personal touch. Every patient is an unique individual with his or her own story. Our goal is to help you write the story of your skin, as you would like it to be.
Trained in renowned medical centres in Australia, USA, UK and Singapore, Dr Tham and Dr Koh have many years of experience treating dermatological problems in all skin types.

Our dermatologists are proficient in the use of cutting edge therapies including biologics and Jak-inhibitors for eczema, psoriasis and autoimmune blistering disorders.
Our dermatologists are trained in dermatologic surgery, including Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancers, nail surgery, lasers, botulinum neurotoxin injections, chemical peels and other aesthetic procedures. Dr Tham and Dr Koh have special interests in eczema, psoriasis, acne, allergies, skin infections, pigment disorders, skin cancer and skin surgery.
